These terms govern your use of Leia ("the app," "the service"). By using Leia, you agree to these terms.

1. Beta Program

Leia is currently in beta. The app may contain bugs, experience downtime, or change significantly between versions. By participating in the beta, you acknowledge that the app is provided "as is" and may not function as expected at all times.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Leia. By using the app, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Leia uses Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In for authentication. We do not store your passwords.

4. Your Data

You retain full ownership of all data you create within Leia. Since all data is stored locally on your device, you are responsible for backing up your device. We cannot recover data lost due to device loss, damage, or app deletion.

Leia is a productivity tool, not a professional advisor. We are not liable for any decisions you make based on information provided by Leia. The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

You may stop using Leia at any time by deleting the app. We may terminate or suspend access to the beta program at our discretion.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
